Christmas Cards and Gifts
with up to £1.50 rebate!

One of the Christmas highlights for parents of young children is seeing their child’s hand-drawn designs transferred onto Christmas cards that they can share with friends and family.

It can be a proud moment to showcase what their child has worked so hard on!

We are in a position to offer parents the opportunity to have their child’s Christmas designs printed on not just cards and labels, but a wide range of products including coasters, decorations and even jumpers!

Simple 5-Step Process

Our simple streamlined process makes it easy for schools and PTA members to organise with a dedicated Wave Ed project manager, whilst our online ordering facility means parents can simply pay online!

The project can be completed from start to finish in 5 simple steps (including free Christmas Card proof!).

Step 1
Your Project Begins

Once you have confirmed you want to team up with Wave Ed, we will send you everything you need with our starter pack.

Remember to speak to your dedicated project manager to set agreed timeframes and deadlines.

Step 2
Co-Ordinate Your Artwork

Next, the students need to complete their designs on the provided templates.

In the past, schools have found it easiest to organise a period during school time where the artwork can take place. If this is not possible, you can also set it as a homework activity.

We always ask to keep to the agreed artwork deadlines set between yourself and your project manager. Missing deadlines can lead to delays in delivery, especially during the busy periods.

Step 3
Submit Your Artwork

Once all of the designs have been completed and collected, it is time to send them back to us.

Once we receive the artwork, we will create printed card samples of each design, with their unique code attached.

These will be sent back to the school for distribution, which can take up to a week after we receive the proofs.

Step 4
Place Your Orders

Now for the easy bit. Once you have received the sample cards, we will open the online shop where parents, family and friends can begin to purchase the products featuring the child’s design.

All they need to order is the unique design ID, so we can match the order to the relevant design and a valid payment card.

Payments are processed electronically via the online shop, so there is no need to collect payments yourself from parents.

Step 5
Production and Delivery

It can take up to 2 weeks from the day the online shop closes for us to complete production for the order.

If the final products are not required until a later date, free storage can be arranged at our warehouse.

To make it easier for you to distribute at school, the orders will be packed in classes, but sent as one delivery!

Fundraising

A major part of a school taking part in a Christmas design project is to help raise money for either the school or the PTA.

That is why we have tried to be as generous as possible with our rebates (well, it is the season of giving after all!).

We are offering school and PTA’s £1.50 back on each product sold (that means 200x products sold = £300.00 fundraising), if your artwork is sent back by the end of September, and £1.00 back on each product sold for any artwork received later!

Products

Due to our in-house production, we are able to offer a unique selection of products, from cards and tags, to Christmas decorations and jumpers. Take a look at our full selection below.
