An attractive cover is important as planners are an official school document and as such should present the school in a professional manner. The more appealing the planner, the more likely the students are to want to use them.  The problem being that many schools simply don’t have the time or resources to put something together, because of this we have created a great range of covers for you to choose from, all of which are personalised to the individual school, click here (PDF 353kb) to see the standard designs. 

If you wish to provide your own design, that isn’t a problem either, we would ask however that you consult us before creating the artwork as there are certain criteria that need to be met for a cover to work properly.

Custom Pages

Your diary’s custom pages are where you can include all of the school specific information such as policies and procedures which you will need to submit to us in one of our easy to use templates.  We provide user guides to ensure trouble free use and our staff are available by phone and email for assistance.

Examples of the items you may wish to include are: Personal Details, Mission Statement, School Prayer, About Your Planner, Times of the School Day, Term Dates, Timetable, Homework Timetable, Code of Conduct, Internet Code, Uniform, School Rules, Target Setting, Merit Record, Reading Record, Anti-Bulling Policy, Staff List, Home/School Agreement, Presentation of Work, Attendance Record, Detentions Record.

Diary Sections

We offer a great range of standard diary layouts, in addition to normal day based layouts we also offer subject specific layouts and an ‘Assessment for Learning’ version which enables staff to easily see how students are progressing on a lesson by lesson basis in line with the planned learning objectives.  If none of our standard designs suit your specific requirements, let us know and we will create a bespoke layout just for you!  Click here (PDF 132kb) to see examples of each of the standard layouts.

Reference Section

At no additional cost we also include a full colour 16 page reference section in every planner. The beautifully designed section includes UK, Europe and World maps, a periodic table of the elements, science skills, literacy skills, maths skills, exam preparation and a spelling dictionary.
