Staff Planners

In response to a significant number of requests for a more user friendly and customisable planner we have developed the following extremely flexible and practical range.

Covers

There are a number of attractive cover designs that we personalise with the school’s name and logo, if you want an alternative design we are more than happy to oblige although there may be a small charge for the work involved.

Custom Pages

Most staff planners on the market are extremely rigid in terms of content as many are ordered from pre-manufactured stock. As our planners are produced to order, you are free to include as much custom information at the front of your planner as you wish.  The benefits of this being that you reduce the number of documents that need to distribute to staff (saving time and money), you add value to the planners so staff are more likely to use them, and staff only have to look in one place for the information (saving more time).

Admin Section

Our planners include a useful 20 page admin section which includes space for information such as personal & school details, calendars & year planners, term dates, contacts, resources, exam dates, courses, expenses, meetings, parents evening and timetables.

Diary Section

We offer a choice of two different planner layouts, a traditional staff planner and a new version that has been extremely popular which includes a section for lesson planning and objectives.  Both versions are in a day-per-page format and are fully dated to save time and avoid confusion.

Marking and Attendance Pages

All planners include a 60 page marking section and have the option to include a 40 page attendance register.

Sizes and Binding

Planners are available in A4 and A5 and can be wire-o bound or loose leaf with robust ring binders.  We will happily accept mixed orders for any combination of sizes and binding styles as we have found that giving staff the choice makes them more likely to use them.
