How many colours can we have?

Our Standard, Contrast, Premium and Value hoodie packages all come with a wide range of different colour options, in an effort to make life simple for everyone we ask group co-ordinators to choose around six colours for the rest of the group to choose from - it saves a lot of hassle and confusion for individuals as they don't have to try to figure out which of the four different blues they prefer!

We've seen another brand of hoodie elsewhere, can we have that instead?

Yes, we can source hoodies from a wide range of suppliers, so we can almost certainly offer whichever brand or style you have seen, just call us for a quote.  However, we have chosen our standard range as we believe it offers the best blend of value for money, style and quality available on the market.  If you would like to compare specifications and options please get in touch.

How quickly will the hoodies be delivered?

The time for the whole process from initial contact to deliver does vary with each order, due to the number of processes involved.  Generally speaking you should allow a week for the order to be set-up and the artwork created, a week for any queries to be clarifed and individual ordering arranged, a couple of weeks at least for individual ordering (this can take longer - it really depends on the group and how quickly you can get them to order), and finally around four weeks for production and delivery.  Specific dated will be arranged when you place your order, and if you need your order particularly quickly we suggest you call us to discuss arrangements.

Can we have print on the sleeve, or other areas?

Yes, please contact us with details of your requirements and we will advise of any additional costs or additional information that we may need.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Whilst we don't have a minimum order quantity we do have a minimum order charge, which makes smaller quantities slightly more expensive.  All of our standard pricing is based around 25 garments or more, for smaller quantities please contact us for pricing.
