How to Order

 

We offer two simple methods of ordering depending on the size/type of group that the products are being ordered for, online shops are ideal for most large groups, whilst manual ordering is best for smaller groups.  You can find out more about our online shops here.

 

1.  Once you have decided to use WavePrint you will need to choose which design you would like to use from our Clothing Design Options booklet and complete our order form

 

2.  When complete you should send your order form along with any relevant documents (logo, list of names for your design etc) to your WavePrint contact or to info@waveprint.co.uk

 

3.  We will then create the artwork to your specification and send visuals for approval. Whilst we are doing this we will also create and test your online store or forward the individual order forms depending on whether you are using online or manual ordering

 

ONLINE ORDERING

 

4.  Once you have approved the artwork we will open the online store and forward a set of posters and reminder cards to you, along with an email template

 

5.  You put the posters up, hand out the reminder cards and forward the email to everyone in the group, all of these items contain information on how individuals can order their hoodies, and the deadline by which orders must be placed

 

MANUAL ORDERING

 

4.  Once you have approved the artwork you should complete the Individual Order Form and hand a copy to each person in the group

 

5.  When you have collected all of the orders and money you should enter the details on to a master order form that we will supply and submit it to us with your payment

6.  Once all of the orders are in we will start production of the garments
