About WavePrint

WavePrint is a trading name of Waveney Publishing Ltd.  We re-branded as WavePrint in 2007 as we felt it better represented what we do (and because it is easier to understand over the phone, and easier to spell when emailing!).  Our strap line ‘planning rewarding printing for education’ reflects our core product areas, planning (e.g. homework planners), rewarding (e.g. merit stickers and praise postcards) and printing (everything from business cards to prospectuses) and our main market – the UK education sector.  It also points out that rather than simply 'printing,' we work with you to plan a finished product of which we can all be proud.

Waveney Publishing Ltd has been an independent limited company since February 2000, prior to this we traded as part of Clarkeprint Ltd (founded in 1982 and sole print suppliers to NASUWT) to whom we are still very closely linked – we share offices and directors!  Our first foray into the education sector came about in the early 1990s with the production of a range of academic diaries for schools and colleges which are still present in our range today (albeit in slightly more developed forms).  In the year 2000 the introduction of a state of the art digital printing press enabled us to introduce yearbooks to our range, at the time we were one of relatively few companies specialising in this area. This experience, coupled with continuous investment in all aspects of our design, printing and finishing departments has enabled us to fine tune and develop our operations to produce the market leading service that we offer today.
